CPPM hosts a T2 site of the The Worldwide LHC Computing Grid (WLCG) and EGI computing grids

Site capacity¶

The grid makes use of the European Union’s high bandwidth network, GEANT, and exploits the vast expertise accumulated in the many national and international grid projects, past and present.

The external network is provided by RENATER 10 Gb/s should be update to 100 Gb/s soon.
The internal network 100 Gb/s, IPv6 and Ipv4.

The capacity is 5000 CPU Core and 3.1 Po of storage.

Usage¶

It supports LHC experiments (ATLAS, LHCb) and other communities (CTA, EGI : biomed/enmr.eu, France-Grilles, KM3NeT)
